College Basketball Daily Fantasy Sports Picks - Saturday, February 28th

Welcome to the last Saturday before March Madness! Only one more regular season Saturday remains. ESPN goes for a College Gameday double header in the Sunflower State. Two big conference battles will be highlighted as the Wichita St. Shockers will host the surprisingly impressive Northern Iowa Panthers with the Missouri Valley tile on the line. It's safe to say the Shockers will be "up" for this one:

Later in the day, the Jayhawks will host the Longhorns of Texas in a pivotal Big 12 battle. Kansas leads 3 other teams by 1 game with 3 games to play. Reece Davis, you are in Kansas!

Saturday's Daily Fantasy Sports Picks

F Ricardo Gathers $8,800 WSTVA@BAYLR
Rico only went for 41.4 fantasy points against West Virginia in their last matchup. Pretty subpar compared to his lofty standards! Count on Gathers to meet or exceed this lofty number at home by taking advantage of some easy buckets & rebounds against the Mountaineer’s hectic press.

F Jarell Martin $8,800 MISSP@LSU
Mickey’s partner in crime, Martin has been a fantasy stud this year. Has averaged over 46 fantasy points in his last two games. Anywhere close to 40 fantasy points will make this pick worthwhile.

F Perry Ellis $8,400 TEX@KANS
Mr. Kansas Basketball has been Kansas’ sole inside scoring threat as of late. He’s heating up at the right time. He’ll be up against a tough Longhorn frontcourt. Ellis was able to manage 28.5 fantasy points in Austin. Peg him for at least that amount in the friendly confines of Allen Fieldhouse.

F Taurean Waller-Prince $7,900 WSTVA@BAYLR
Kansas fans’ favorite Baylor Bear ignited the Bear’s late surge to upend the Cyclones in Ames. With a 24.7 fppg average and 25 fantasy points last time versus West Virginia, Waller-Prince should have a good shot at exceeding that mark at home. He can score in all sorts of ways:

F Johnathan Motley $4,600 WSTVA@BAYLR
Averaging 16.5 fppg, Motley exceeded that with a 20.1 fantasy point effort last time versus the Mountaineers in Morgantown. Here’s worth a shot at repeating that performance for $4,600.

G Isaiah Cousins $6,500 TCU@OKLA
Great complement to Buddy Hield. As Hield gets most of the attention, Cousins is free to make the most of his scoring ability. Dropped 26.2 fantasy points against TCU the first time these teams met up.

G Ryan Arcidiacono $5,300 VLLNV@XAV
Toughest player on the East Coast (or at least most beat up!). Don’t let his fun name fool you, Mr. Archie will be around 20 fantasy points in this one.

G Lester Medford $4,900 WSTVA@BAYLR
A very capable scorer who’s been over 20 fantasy points his last 2 games. Bears playing well of late and Medford has been a key ingredient in the successful formula.

G Brannen Greene $4,800 TEX@KANS
Been in a shooting funk the last few games. He’s normally hot at home and lit up the Longhorns last time out.

Bonus Pick:
G Jevon Carter $4,500 WSTVA@BAYLR

Went for 20.2 fantasy points last time out versus Baylor. Consistently scores in the mid teens. Good potential if you’re scratching for a $4,500 player.

College Basketball Daily Fantasy Sports Picks - Thursday, February 26th

Game of the Night from Wednesday: Richmond's Double OT Thriller Over VCU. The Rams were down much of the second half when Treveon Graham shot from downtown Richmond to send the game into OT:

Richmond almost won it at the end of regulation with this prayer:

In OT it looked like the Rams had it won but Richmond executed a beautiful inbounds play to send the game into OT (Customer #223 at Buffalo Wild Wings was not ready to go home yet!):

Ultimately the Spiders would hold on for the Double OT victory. What a game! Now on to tonight's picks:

Today's Daily Fantasy Sports Picks

F Shaq Goodwin $7,500 SMU@MEMPH
Unleash the Shaq Attack on the Mustangs. Goodwin has had 26.5+ fppg over his last 6 games. That's high scoring consistency you can count on this time of year.

F Branden Dawson $9,500 MINN@MCHST
The Spartan Stud excels in East Lansing. He shouldn't have any trouble putting up huge numbers against the Gophers.

F Amir Williams $4,500 NEB@OHSTA
Williams is worth a shot at this reduced price. He's a good rebounder that can put up mid teens fantasy points consistently. If someone else from the Buckeyes gets in foul trouble, Williams will step right in with increased production.

F Junior Etou $5,100 RUTG@PURDU
Went for 16.6 fantasy points last time out versus Purdue. Another solid rebounder who can bring value to your lineup in the $5k range. His ceiling is a double double performance like the 34.1 fantasy point game he had earlier this year versus Ohio State.

F Kaleb Tarczewski $5,700 ARZNA@CLRDO
You might not be able to pronounce his last name but you can count on him to stuff your fantasy point column. He's averaging 23 fppg over his last 3 games. Trending upwards from his 16 fppg season average.

G Delon Wright $9,000 ARZST@UTAH
Mr. Wright can't do any wrong as of late. He's gone for 30+ fantasy points in 3 of his last 4 games. Expect him to keep that trend going. Delon showing off his NBA talent:

G Chasson Randle $8,700 ORGST@STNFD
Capable of going for 45 fantasy points, Randle is normally around 30 fppg. He's enjoy the friendly confines of Palo Alto versus the Beavers and continue to put up big numbers.

G Riley LaChance $5,100 VANDB@TENN
A very streaky shooter. If he's on, he can silence the orange-clad Rocky Top faithful. Went for 28.3 fantasy points last game versus the Missouri Tigers.

G Robert Hubbs III $4,900 VANDB@TENN
Dropped 18.9 fantasy points at Vanderbilt when the two teams last met. Expect him to push for that mark or more at home versus Vandy. Not bad for a sub $5k value.
